Gearing Up
Yesterday went rather well, and I managed to just have time for everything. I had a tasty wrap from Sagratti's for lunch, while sitting at my desk, and mid-afternoon I ran over to the gym to squeeze my workout in. I even had time to make a proper supper for myself (grilled chicken, sweet potaoes, brussel sprouts and salad) before running over to the Imperial for 5:30 PM.
We got makeup on a few of the actors and then we watched the show as they were working on it. It was great! Kudos to all the actors and other crews that have been working hard to pull it together. That's the only chance I'll have to see the show. For the rest of the week, I'll be downstairs in the makeup and hair room. Tonight is the full dress rehearsal, and tomorrow (Thursday) is opening night. I know the rest of the week is going to fly by. No doubt I'll soon be living on food from Subway, as I won't have time to prepare proper meals for myself - but it's all worth it. :-)
