Relaxing weekend
I took the weekend off. It's been the first weekend in a long while where I haven't had plans to get a bunch of stuff done. It was great!
Friday evening, I played SSX 3 until Lisa came over. We read Proof, which is such a great script. Then, we watched A Streetcar Named Desire. Lisa had never seen it before. After this, we played SSX 3 until about 2 AM, I think.
Saturday, I slept in and then playes SSX 3 for about 10 hours. I then chatted on the phone with my aunt Jessie for a good bit, and then read for a bit before I hit the hay. All that gaming wore me out! LOL
Sunday I gamed until 1:30, then picked Lisa up and we went to see Intolerable Cruelty. I enjoyed it, even though there were a few weird parts, and some stuff was awfully cliché, but then I suppose that is half the fun of it. After the movie I gamed for a bit more and had a bite to eat, then Robyn and I went to see the Atlantic Ballet Theatre of Canada's Merlin at the Imperial. That was quite enjoyable, and certainly a nice way to spend a Sunday evening.
Now that the weekend is over, I need to make a concerted effort to avoid gaming and get a few things done!
