Back
OK, so I've been trying my best not to complain, but my back has been bothering me quite a bit lately, and as a result, I've had a tension headache for a good couple of weeks at least. Yesterday I couldn't handle it anymore, so I went to see my Chiropractor. It was great that he managed to get me so I was able to move a bit again (I was solid as a rock) but I was super sore after. I got home and I was exhausted. I couldn't in any way imagine coming back in to work and sitting in an office chair. So instead, I took the rest of the day off and laid down and took a nice long bath with epson salts.
Martine popped by last night and we worked on our scene. Without moving. I was propped up by pillows as I tried to find a semi-comfortable position on the couch. If we want to do any blocking, I guess we'll have to try to figure that out tonight - if I can move.
I'm still pretty sore today, but not nearly as bad as yesterday, or most of the weekend. Of course, the office chair really isn't helping. It's a good thing I have a lot to work on - which I'm hoping will help distract me. Am I ever glad I don't have a job that requires heavy labour, or I'd be totally out of commission. Well, I'm off to catch up on voice mails and emails...
