Mid-week

Unfortunately, one trip to the chiropractor didn't solve all of my back problems, but at least I am feeling a bit better than I was on Monday. I have another appointment this afternoon. I can't wait to get back to normal again!

Tonight is acting workshop. I've been looking forward to it, but this week may be difficult with my back problems. I'm obviously going to have to sit out of the exercises we start out with. And for the scene Martine and I are doing, I'm not really going to be able to move, so we're just going to read. We can worry about blocking another time. Hopefully that'll be OK.
It'll be enough navigating the stairs to get to the loft.

I'm not going to go to Halifax this upcoming weekend. I'd told some friends that I'd go up and visit, but I can't imagine the long drive with any lingering back problems. So I'll have some extra time to relax, and maybe get a couple things done around my place.
