Tuesday, January 13, 2004 Fuzzy Felt (and sounded) horrible yesterday. I went home and had a nap at lunch, and I spent the day at the office working with my coat and scarf on. Not because it was necessarily freezing at my desk. But because of this blasted cold. I got home, still not able to warm up, and took a long hot shower, followed by a long hot bath. My apartment wasn't warm enough, so I turned the oven on and heated it up a bit. Then I spent some time going over the script for the callbacks for Streetcar. The audition is on Friday. they are willing to accomodate me so I can go first, so that I'll still be able to go see Les Ballets Jazz de Montreal at the Imperial with Colin. I somehow managed to cook a healthy supper for myself, and I enjoyed it since I could still taste things a bit. I'm glad I'm not at the point where everything tastes like cardboard. Around 9:30ish, Colin came over and we watched Las Vegas. I still enjoy the show - but I found it to be WAY too predictable this week. What were the writers thinking? I hope it's better next week. I'm at work in my coat and scarf again today. I was a bit late getting in, but I still took time for lunch. I met up with Lisa, who's also not feeling 100%, and we got soup and salads and fresh squeezed OJ at the market. It was a nice break. I have a ton of stuff to try and get done at work. No doubt the afternoon will fly by! Posted by Dre at 1:19 PM |
