Overlap?
There was a snow-ban last night in the uptown peninsula. That means, if you have residential on-street parking, you need to move your car into a snow-ban lot between 6 and 11 PM, so that the city's works crews can clear the streets overnight. Now, you have to have your car out of the lot by 7 AM, but you are also warned not to park it on the streets before 7 AM, otherwise you could get a ticket. Why on earth is there no overlap?
Due to my hacking cough, I haven't been sleeping so well. So last night, when I got home from work, I was pretty tired. I decided to have a little nap, and I woke up 2 hours later! I guess I needed it! I also spent some time yesterday evening working on Beth's caricature. I just have a wee bit left to do on it tonight. I hope Beth likes it - I can't wait to show her!
