TGIF
I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired. I thought I was starting to feel better yesterday, but lo and behold, my cough has settled in my chest, and I now feel nauseous on top of things. Yippie.
Rehearsal went well last night. The building that the loft is in, where we rrehearse, had another water pipe break, so the main entrance to the loft was closed off. I met Jay and Kristi and Tim downstairs at Mexi's. Poor Lisa was too sick to come, so we spent the evening working on the scenes that she isn't in. Jay gave us tickets to sell for the One Act Plays (Friday Feb. 6th or Saturday Feb. 7th). They're only $10 per seat and you'll get to see an evening of 4 great original one-act plays at the NB Museum in the Mary Oland Theatre. If you're interested in getting tickets from me, please let me know. It's good to get them early, as we have been known to sell out.
Today is another busy day at work. I love being busy and productive! I'm hoping that, as the day wears on, I'll start to feel better. Tonight are auditions for Streetcar and I'd like to be able to focus on my scene and hopefully do a good job. After the auditions, Colin and I have tickets to see Les Ballet Jazz de Montreal. I'm really looking forward to seeing that. It was one of my Christmas gifts from Colin. :-)
