Original One-Act plays are tonight!!
I tried to do the Friday Five today, but all the questions were about risk, and I'm not a risky person. the most risky thing I think I do is speed a bit.
Last night was a very full night. I got out of work at 5, ran home, gathered my stuff, met Lisa and Anthony, and stopped at the Loft to pick up wooden chairs for our play, a blue light, and the wireless headsets (for one of the other shows that needed them). Then we ate at the food court by the museum. I had a tasty smoked meat sandwich and fries. Scott, BLee and Tim joined us. Once our food was scarfed down, our cast finished our cue-to-cue, and by then it was 7. The dress rehearsal was started, and during the first show, we went back out to the food court to do an Italian. Our show went pretty well, although we really have to crank up the volume. Once we were done, a bunch of us stopped in at Churchills for a drink and chatted about the evening.
It looks (and feels) like I have a bit of tonsilitis. I think is viral, not bacterial, which means I should be able to get rid of it on my own within a couple of weeks. Sigh. So tired of not feeling 100%. At least with some Advil and a few throat drops, I feel relatively fine.
