AN OPEN LETTER TO THE NEIGHBORS DOWN THE STREET WHO HAVE A LARGE DOG THAT BARKS A LOT THAT THEY LEAVE OUT AT NIGHT THAT IS DISTURBING MY SLEEP

Now I love animals, and I think it's great that people own pets, but if you own a large dog that barks constantly and you leave it out all night, I have a problem with that. I am tired. I have a big day at work tomorrow, I am trying to get rid of a little cold I've recently acquired. And now I'm feeling no love for this animal or you the owners. It is 1:26 AM and your dog has been barking for well over an hour. I would think that this constitutes some sort of noise disturbance by-law. I'll have to look into that. If this continues, I'll also have to find out just who you are. So the next time your dog disturbes my sleep, perhaps I can disturb yours by at least giving you a courtesy call to ask you to bring your dog in before I call the police to complain. Let's just say I am not a happy camper and I am pretty damn sure I am not the only person on the block who feels this way.
