Cross-Training
I made it to the gym last night to get in a bit of cross training. I did some upper body weights and biked for a bit. With any sport, your risk of injury increases dramatically if you do not cross-train. The last thing I want to do is develop some sort of running injury - especially since I've been enjoying it so much.
