Push it
I got in 35 minutes of running at the nature park yesterday after work. Run 5 walk 1 for the first 4 rounds then run 5 walk 2 after that. Thanks "Coach Parewick" for the extra push. Later that evening I made sure to take some Extra-strength Advil, bathe in epson salts, then ice my knees. I couldn't stay up past 10. I'm feeling suprisingly decent this morning. A little achey but that's to be expected.
