The Rest of Canada Day Weekend
First of all, I'd like to congratulate Kizzy and Jamie on their engagement. That certainly made their Canada Day party a memorable one!
I managed to get out to the nature park for a bit of a run on Saturday. I decided to run 5 walk 2 and wound up getting in 34 minutes of running. It felt great! Afterwards, both of my knees were pretty sore so I made sure to ice them for a bit before heading out to Beth's for her deck party. It was nice and I gt to meet a few more of her friends. But I didn't stay late - and was back home and in bed by 10:30.
Sunday was a pretty productive day. I managed to get a bit of design work done and ran some errands inthe afternoon. I did a bit of rollerblading on harbour passage to loosen up my legs. Sunday evening I went to see War of the Worlds which was AWESOME!
