Weekend Update
Let's see... Friday night was a house party at Lynn's with a bunch of women from work. It was a blast - we did a Yankee Swap and ate and drank a fair amount, and then eventually wound up dancing in the living room to the new Black Eyed Peas CD.
Saturday flew by. I ran a few errands in the afternoon and even made it to the gym. Then made a nice healthy dinner and then headed over to The Blue Olive to watch Kizzy sing with Opa.
Sunday was chilly out so I didn't spend any mroe time outside than I had to. That being said, I did meet Colin at Reggies for breakfast, then spent the afternoon at the SJTC Loft as we did the readings of locally-written original one-act plays. I think we read 8 plays. It was a long and full afternoon, and it was refreshing to hear some good scripts get read. After the readings, I grabbed a bite to eat at Churchills with a few theatre friends before I headed home and finally managed to put up my Christmas tree. I have an artifical tree and it's a pain to put up and I have been procrastinating. Now that I have managed to clear a space for it and put it up, the next step will be to put the lights on it. My cats are curious about it but haven't been climbing it - yet....
Speaking of my kittens, they are 8 weeks old today!
