Auditions for 'Script Happens' Tonight!
Wednesday, January 4 and Thursday, January 5, 2006 at 7 pm SJTC Loft, 86 Prince William Street, 4th Floor Audition materials will be provided. No previous stage experience necessary. ‘Script Happens’ will be staged at the Mary H. Oland Theatre, New Brunswick Museum from February 9 to February 11, 2006
I'll be directing Coelacanth, by David Brooks. I'm looking forward to it, as it is a very entertaining play: 6 characters: 4 male, 2 female A boisterous American couple visits the Saint John City Market and they purchase what appears to be a long-thought extinct species of fish from a fish monger. A local resident becomes flustered beyond words when he can't "bait" the American into selling him the priceless find.
The other plays that are being produced are Fertilicorp by Jon Forward, The Playwright by Matthew Charles Nini, and Heaven Is Boring by Anthony Stuart.
