Friday, March 31, 2006 Friday's Feast Appetizer: Name 3 things that you think are strange. 1.) humans, which are part of 2.) nature, which is part of 3.) the universe, which is endlessly strange and fascinating and complex and incredibly cool. Soup: What was the last ceremony you attended? Well, there was the thank-you speeches, etc at the Sight Unseen cast party a couple of weeks back.... Salad: What is one lesson you have learned in the past year? Don't take on so many things at once. Now it's just a matter of trying to follow that advice.... Main Course: Tell us about one of your childhood memories. It was 1977 and I was watching TV in the living room. My mom was in the spare bedroom and she had been sewing some new clothes for me and she asked me to come in for a fitting. I remember turning the TV off when I left the living room - to save the spot where the show was at - so I didn't miss any of it. When I came back and turned it back on, the program was in the middle of commercials. And that's how I found out that I couldn't pause TV. Of course we live in a pretty different world now. It's pretty amazing how many technological advancements have happend in the last 30 years.... Dessert: If you could extend any of the four seasons to be twice as long as normal, which season would you want to lengthen? Summer. I love the heat. Of course, I'd probably change my tune if I lived in a different climate. Posted by Dre at 10:49 AM |
