Mixing It Up
Last night there was a little mixer at Sebastian's for young entrepeneurs in SJ (under 35). I headed over with Joanna. The speeches at the beginning were intersting and inspiring. The mingling I'm not so good at, but I did make an effort to talk to at least a few other people. We didn't stay long. I had to get back to work. Yep. worked till midnight.
Now today I'm mixing my usual work stuff up by delving into dealing with things outside of my usual realm - namely anything more complicated than basic HTML, considering I don't even do that too often anymore. I was sure I'd have to work tonight, but it looks like I'm at the point where there's nothing I can do until tomorrow. Thank goodness for that. I'll feel a million times better once this stuff is done with. Ah - there's nothing like stretching the boundaries of your 'norm' every now and then, eh?
