Talking 'bout the weather
I wonder just how much rain we got this weekend.
The Da Vinci Code was a mediocre movie. Lots of running around to a ton of locations punctuated by complex expository dialogue. Like the book, except that it made for a much better read. Not to mention the fact that it irks me that a film about the sacred feminine has relegated the female lead to the role of bystander. In the book, she deciphers a lot of the codes.
Mission Impossible 3 was very entertaining. Just the kind of action-fluff I was in the mood for. I think it's my favourite of the series.
I rented Match Point which was very good.
It was nice to catch up with a few folks at Suzy & Chris's engagement party.
Spent lots of time hanging with H&G this weekend. They are awesome kittens.
