Yesterday as my cats turned 1, I turned 34. It was a long day at work, followed by a much better evening. Thanks to Scott and Mare, who stopped over with an awesome original WonderWoman drawing by Darwyn Cooke that they'd gotten while they were at Word on the Street in Halifax. Thanks guys!
I then headed to rehearsal, which was very productive. After rehearsal, Lisa, Kizzy and Stephen came and joined me for a tasty beverage at Churchills. It was good to get out with friends, and a nice way to end the day. Well, my day actually ended with a good 1/2 hour of playing with the cats. My folks had gotten them some SuperBalls and the cats are both fascinated by them and slightly scared of them - it's quite amusing!
