Appetizer
Where on your body do you have a scar, and what caused it?
I have a scar on left baby finger. I was 6 years old and had been at a friend's place across the streeet. She lived in an apartment building, and there were large green garbage bins out back. After we had supper, we offered to take the garbage out and put it in the bin. When we got there, some boys we knew from school had climbed the bin and were playing on it. I remember them joking about and trying to get us to climb up too. Well, before anythign else happned, I tossed the small bag of garbage in the one open part of the bin, and it turned out that one of the boys hadn't seen me and had decided to close the lid - and it fell shut just as I was pulling my hand out from dropping the bag in, and it just caught my finger. I got 6 stitches.

I don't think I've come across anything in my life that would be considered a miracle.
